“It was most inconvenient and caused a two day layover...”

It was most inconvenient and caused a two day layover at Schiphol when the flight I was on ended up being an hour late taking off and two hours late when landing in Schiphol Amsterdam. Although the ground staff were very professional and helpful, it caused a knock on effect and another delay of a stopover for one night in Cancun due to missing connection there. The comfort of the plane for someone who is six feet four inches tall is non existent. Peanuts are hardly a food. Cabin crew were brusque and seemed disinterested.
