Very disappointed with Jacamo. I signed up a new account and was told on-screen I had £125 to spend (which increased to £150 the next morning). I placed my order for Christmas and received a confirmation email.



However on checking my account the order had disappeared and my balance had gone back to £150! I never received any contact from them to say it had been cancelled and there is no communication in the online account. My 2nd order was cancelled also, again I was not told the reason why. There's no way to cancel your account online, you have to call them.



If you have poor credit then stay well away from Jacamo because although they told me I was accepted, and increased credit my first orders were cancelled. Overall Review points:



- Poor/small Selection of Items

- Poor price on Standard non-sale Items

- Poor credit availability

- Slow advertised dispatch time of DVD/Games (7 days+)

- Slow loading website

- No Communication

- No email / chat support



+ Large Sizes



There are far better Catalogue Companies out there and I would strongly advise people to stay away from Jacamo. If you do become a customer then don't hold your breath that your items will ever be dispatched.
