Good Points
I suppose speed is ok, but that's because the functionality is missing

Bad Points
You can only request a statement by post
The account balance shown sometimes doesn't agree with the transactions showing
Very little functionality

General Comments
Very poor website. It seems that a running account balance on their transaction page (i.e. Statement) is beyond them.

Yorkshire Bank Internet Banking have 'Funds Transfers' and 'Payee lists'. Yet all my payees are accessed under the funds transfer listing!

Quite often the account balance includes items that don't appear in the transaction listing
