1. I specified a serious allergy to carrots and both my meals to and from Tunisia has carrots in. When I pointed this out to cabin staff they said I could have a CUP OF WATER instead.



2. Flying back from Tunisia as I sat in my chair the whole of the base of the chair fell apart. I called the cabin crew over, whilst holding the pieces of the chair in the air, and they said they would get back to me AFTER TAKE OFF. When they proceeded to check our seatbelts (something they did not even bother with on the way out) they ask me to put on my seatbelt, they seemed to have forgotten that I did not even have a seat to sit in! Finally they repaired the seat with VELCRO. The bread rolls in the meals going out had mould on them and we were told there was not tea or coffee only coke. If was supposed to be flying with My Travel, but the holiday company told us at the last minute (after we could pull out) that we would be travelling with Nouvelair. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH NOUVELAIR IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. They are a Micky Mouse company who have not got a clue about customer services or safety.
