General Comments
On valentine's day we ordered a dozen red roses from The Floral Centre and only eleven arrived! My husband left clear instructions that if we were out to leave these in the back shed, and another telephone number was given in-case of an emergency. We thought these rather simple instructions would have been adhered to, however, this didn't seem to be the case, they contacted a neighbour and left them with him instead, I feel this ruined my Valentine ' s Day surprise. When we contacted the shop to complain, we didn't receive an apology and feel there was no recognition of who was to blame. We had to insist on the money for the one missing rose to be refunded back to us, which it felt to me like they reluctantly did refund the £3.91 (from our £50.00 bouquet of flowers.) I certainly would not recommend this florist - I feel the after care we received was poor!!
