I do not trust reviewcentre.com in the slightest:
You have taken down two negative yet entirely truthful reviews I have given. To ask me to provide documentary evidence to support my truthful and accurate negative review against an unsubstatantiated automatic complaint by what I believe to be an incompetent company is unbalanced and unreasonable in my view.
Do postive reviews get questioned in this exact same manner? I do not think so.
It is also clear to me from your organisation's apparently covert attitude to contact information and from details you gave in our phone call that reviewcentre.com is looking after itself and its own protection and promotion first, and has a secondary interest in consumers themselves.
I believe ReviewCentre.com goes a long way to avoid providing direct contact information. I am in the process of following this up with the relevant agencies.
To mirror your conpany's positions, if you disagree with my opinion please provide documentary evidence to support your position, otherwise I will assume you concur.
