I have had BT Vision gold package, for nearly a year, although in the beginning found the service excellent, then however started to notice that the programmes and series were started to be repeated, then the films started to be repeated, it has got to the stage that 80% of what is now on bt vision i have already viewed throughout the year, i queried this with cust serv, and to sum up they told me if i didn't like it then i could end it, but to do so it would cost £432.27 so to sum up bt vision: there cust serv might as well not exist, programming( apart from the music service,which is ace) is absolutely dreadful, once you have had it for a while, since gone to sky+ hd were i have everything, sky costs £65 a month, i was paying £80+ for all bt services
