We thought Maytag was a great brand name. But after 11 years and repeated repairs we will no longer purchase a Maytag product again. We are retiring these two units to the salvage yard. Mold and mildew smell circuit board problems door switch failure that causes circuit board failure main bearings wear out constantly loud noise when in spin cycle (when it does spin) belt falling off pulley doesn't ring out the clothes leaves suds in the washer and door and doesn't clean clothes very well. Also dryer motor failed right after the warranty had run out.
