The machine, Maytag's customer service, and the service companies they send.
Well fortunately I have only owned my Maytag Neptune Washer for 28 days and hopefully after I file all of their paperwork they will come and get it and refund my money. It ran fine until day 28 and then flooded my kitchen and utility room with water. It never shut down, which I understand it was suppose to do when it could not fill itself. Apparently the trim on the plastic part of the boot assembly, which is suppose to come off after it is removed from the mold was still there and after several washes came off and tore the boot itself up. It will also take Maytag approximately 14 days to fix this problem. I have three kids, the dirty cloths would take over the house in fourteen days.
