I ordered wedding favours on 22 Feb. Half the order arrived on time but there was no explination of where the other half was. Initially, communication was acceptable and they responded within 24 hours to say that they had run out of stock and that further stock would be arriving in March to be dispatched to me on 19th March....i'm still waiting.



I've emailed countless times and it's so frustrating getting the "We will respond withing 24-48 hours" when that absolutely hasn't happened. Whenever I try to call, the automated response directs you to email them - it's awful.



Customer service is non-existent. Avoid this website at all costs because they're quick enough to take your money, at that's where the efficiency ends!!
