We agreed a set of keywords for our optimisation program, all apart from one are on the first page, however the other one is quite competitive and when we signed up they did say that particular keyword would take 9 months or so. So far they have done what they say on the tin, well done guys! We have been using SEO Consult for about 5 months, they also did our website for us, for our target keywords we are on page one apart from one. They are reliable, you can get hold of your account manager and seem to get the results they commit to.
