General Comments
Disappointed with this Titan Pro Garden Chipper & Shredder 13 HP. The user manual is very poor. The one I bought wouldn't start after 2 runs. Eventually got it running again and then fuel started coming out of the carburetor overflow. Titan Pro haven't responded to my emails.

In addition the chipper is badly designed so that you have to keep clearing out the area where the chips come out.

The engine it appears is a Chinese rip-off of the Honda 13hp. There is a very inadequate engine manual as well.
