Good Points
Customer service is OK.

Bad Points
I ordered the Platinum White. It's nothing like White. It's BEIGE.

In my opinion it looks like it's been in a smoky pub for a year.

General Comments
Order the Graphite Grey colour. The Platinum White (BEIGE) is horrible. The same as the colour OLD PC's use to come in. Only slightly more beige. Dont recommend Bose Wave.
