Good Points
Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day, staff very nice, pools clean, food good but very samey.

Bad Points
Entertainment lousy, ok for kids but very boring for adults. Entertainment area very poor, sitting on white garden chairs (5 star) eh!!! Very remote. Having to sit in reception on the couches watching people in the evening is rather monotonous when you have been expecting some entertainment.

General Comments
We have stayed at Serita Beach another of the Mitsis hotels in Crete which was 4 star, it should be 5 and Summer Palace 3, not to be recommended unless they make some changes which would really only be small changes but would make such a difference.
