This oven looks grerat, but takes an age to heat up and shows a lot of heat streaks on the control panel, meaning it needs a lot of cleaning. The support from F&P has been woeful. We bought a matching F & P hob and oven for our bautiful new kitchen. Three of the rings on the hob didn't work properly and F&P have been totally unhelpful in getting a replacement, suggesting instead that they will repair it in a few weeks. Total lack of understanding that we have paid a lot of money and do not want a repaired item, we want a new one which works. Will never buy F&P again! in future I will only buy from manufacturers with UK service centres as these guys clearly think we are not in NZ so do not matter!
