Good Points
Relaxing, quiet location, good pools for kids, food good but repetative
Bad Points
Flies in restaurant, but not that many, lots of steps, but keeps you fit, shingle beach, but there is always some drawbacks.
General Comments
Have just come back from a fortnights holiday at the Summer Palace and after reading some really bad reviews I can quite honestly say that we had a great time. The kids enjoyed it; there is a choice of swimming pools and our rooms which were at the back of the hotel looked straight onto a beautiful clean and fresh water pool. The food was plentiful and tasty, the kids who are 5 and 7 both found things they liked. A new manager started the 2nd week and he was really trying to make things good. If you want a relaxing break away from it all then this is the place for you. The kids went into the club twice a day and enjoyed their time away from us, so we were able to have some time to ourselves also.
