These theives, because that is what they are, MUST be shut down as a business. I am amazed that trading standards have thousands ( literally) of complaints against these crooks and they are still allowed to trade.They need locking up.

They have 200 quid of my money and all I get is lie after lie.......they even hung up on me today,smirking,TWICE.

I live in Kent but I am driving up to Wigan to sort these clowns out. I want my money back .....anyone want a lift ??
