When one uses the internet one is still cautious about time being a precious commodity and when a service recognises that and seriously takes that into account in designing it's ease of use so that the relevant information is readily available some not so obvious as size of bed then that provider is worth booking with. I like to know the total cost of my booking not to see other charges as service and tax added on when I am to pay my bill. I really appreciate the clear pictures, the excellent customer service team that answers my requests promptly and follows on from contact with the Hotel inself. Peace of mind brings restful sleep

One point I would like to raise please note bathroom does not automatically mean bath could only be a shower so should say shower room. That to me is misleading but the onus is on the Hotel itself to correctly inform all of it's amenities and facilities in an honest way.
