Experience on day one, preview card screen starts to load, then stops, 'send card' and 'see further card' options appear frozen, then blank white screen appears. Logging on, sometimes you get blocked 'cookies not enabled' even though they are! Done all the required system checks my end and all OK - seems to be a poorly maintained website.

Totally unimpressed have asked for a refund - let's see what happens!
