I ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE SERIOUS TROUBLE WHEN TRYING TO SEND A CARD OR CARDS. THIS TIME I WAS TRYING TO SEND 20 HALLOWEEN CARDS (TODAY IS THE DA BEFORE HALLOWEEN) AND AFTER ALL OF MY WORK ASSEMBLING/LOOKING UP INFO FOR THE MAILING LIST I WANT TO USE ALL I GET IS A MSG THAT MY CARDS CANNOT BE SENT BECAUSE "WYSENG" .....ETC. "DOES NOT WISH TO RECEIVE ANY MESSAGES" OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT .. welllll. WELLLLLL ... THERE IS NO "YSENG" ON MY EMAILING LIST - NOT AS A FIRST OR LAST NAME - IT IS NOWHERE - .... I HAVE NOW TRIED TO SEND THE CARD TO MY HALLOWEEN MAILING LIST THREE TIMES AND IT REFUSES TO SEND...



IN THE PAST WHEN I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS I SEND AN EMAIL TO JACQUI LAWSON EXPLAINING THE PROBLEMS AND REQUESTING A REPLY ASAP ... THEY N E V E R, N N E V E R, E V E R REPLIED IN A TIMELY FASHION - AND WHO WANTS TO SEND-OR RECEIVE - A HALLOWEEN CARD WHICH, IF I EVER DO GET AN ANSWER, WITH LUCK, MAY PERHAPS GET THERE BY THANKSGIVING ???



I AM TORPIGHLY FED UP WITH THIS COMPLETELY UNACCPTABLE WAY OF (PRETENDING ) TP DO BUSINESS.
