I have had 2 breakdowns so far on this phone..... the 1st being with the touchscreen... we had to take it to carphone warehouse as the touchscreen would randomly cut out and it would not let you turn the phone off so the battery had to be removed and so messing up the phone even more.... the 2nd being that the photos from my phone will not and have never come off the phone on to a PC as I found it either too hard or impossible to carry this out....overall a bad phone not to be recommended to anyone searching for a good phone...
