Bought from Sainsburys 18 months ago. Within 6 months drum had gone. Took almost a month to get it replaced. Drum has now gone again. Sainsburys have referred me to a sub-contractor who they say is responsible. Cannot get through on the customer service line. Would never buy a Whirlpool again, or any appliance from Sainsburys.
