Good Points
4 points for every pound spent.
Bad Points
I have nearly £20 of credit on my Advantage card, but am unable to use it to purchase a gift card (gift cards can be used for part payment!) nor can I use my Advantage card for part payment of a product that cost £40. What's the point in that?!!!
General Comments
The Boots advantage card is advertised as the most generous loyalty card in the UK. However, I recently discovered at the till that you cannot use it for part payment of a product. I bought a porduct for £40. I wanted to use my £20 worth of points towards the payment, but was told I can't!
So, if I buy a product that costs £20.01, I cannot use any of my Advantage card points towards the payment . . . !!!!!!!
Perhaps, not so generous after all. Why don't they widely advertise that fact?
