Good Points
Its a good price for a touch screen phone and very stylish and very light so light you forget that it is in your pocket!! very load speakers,

Bad Points
The embedded stylus has scratched my screen when not been pressed very hard, its big, its very hard to text, turns off and on its self, it calls people numerous times when on screen locked!!!,freezes,

General Comments
When i first got this LG KP500 Cookie phone I was very happy with and found it very good, but after having it a while you get annoyed with it because it turns it's self on and off when not instructed to and calls people numerous times!! its very annoying with the texting because it doesn't always register a letter that u type and so it can get very frustrating!!!
