I have used booking.com before and have never had problems.
This time my booking request was not processed and I was notified by the system on this. A few minutes later after checking my mail for any notification on the first request...none received,I submitted another booking request which this time was processed. After 1 minute I received two mails confirming my both requests (and the requests are both nonrefundable ones). I hope not to be charged twice, otherwise I will not use this website any more.
