General Comments
I am not typically a vodka drinker. I was introduced to Zubrowka Bison Vodka in Austria, mixed 1/3 Bison Vodka and 2/3 Apple juice. I must mention, I am not a big fan of apple juice either. (Please also note the Austrian apple juice is much less sweet and strong than American apple juice) The taste was so mild and pleasant, I was an instant fan. I am also not much of a drinker, I drink strictly socially and for the pleasure of a good flavorful drink, so I tend to be open minded and experimental. I recommend this for its pleasant, mild presentation and smoothness from beginning to end, even for the novice or light drinker.
