Eventhough it's so easy, it stands out from the rest of the hotel booking portals, because not only that there is 'no cancellation charges' (within a very reasonable time period), but we didn't have to worry about being charged BEFORE our arrival!



That's a GREAT deal to people like us who worked so hard for holidays abroad!



It would help alot more though, if there is a search for hotel by name, to speed up the hotel search. Most hotels are recommended by word of mouth, so having to just search by the hotel name, would save the time from scrolling through many pages.
