I've had two appauling experiences with King and Allen. Both times they seemed totally incapable of measuring and fitting a jacket correctly, suit trousers not a problem, but jackets they are just hopeless at. The amount of time taken for the initial fitting and then to try and correct the error was incredible. After four unsuccessful attempts at a fitting the tailor finally suggested he start again - this was seven months after first placing the order. Total shambles.

On the positive side it forced me to find a proper tailor who delivered the service I was expecting.

My advice - shop around there are better out there!
