amazing flight. I have taken this flight 4 times now and each time with a different crew, but exceptional standards. from check-in to arrival. Although during one return flight the plane was delayed for 2hrs, and another 1hr on the tarmac due to icing issues. The crew kept us adequately informed in regular 15min intervals.
Always satisfied with SQ amongst all my flights - i travel on different routes once a month and they continually impress me with level of service.
