It was clear from the moment I entered the King & Allen store in Surbiton that their main priority was customer service. I was seen by Stephen, an extremely courteous and professional gentleman who assisted me in selecting a style and material for my three piece wedding suit. I ordered a 180s wool blend in a mid grey and I was not disappointed with the result. I had a number of comments on the day of my wedding about how sharp I looked in the suit and it really did set me apart from the others. I spent around £800 on my suit and subsequently ordered a shirt and selected the express service. I was slightly concerned that I had not had a call within 4 weeks but a quick call and email to their offices to say so and I was asked by Charlotte of customer services to attend a fitting within a few days. A couple of alterations later within the space of a week and the suit fitted like a glove. All in all, I was very impressed and the owner himself emailed me to ensure I was being looked after. Having tried on my existing suits since, its clear that I need more fitted suits and at a fracion of the price of Saville Row, it is worth paying King & Allen a visit.
