I have been using this website for a long time and a was a happy customer. But I had yet to discover the quality of the costumer service, which is absolutely horrible. Due to an error, I was unable to cancel my booking. I have contacted them several times, only to receive standard e-mails that haven't got anything to do with the questions I had asked. I told them they should read my e-mail and answer my questions instead of sending my standard e-mails, but they didn't reply. As long as you don't have any issues with them, you'll find it to be a great site that offers a great choice. But once you have an issue, don't expect them to help you. I don't recommend this to anyone!
