I had been looking for a particular model of shoe in a number of stores but could only find them online from Sole Trader. I have never purchased shoes online as I pefer to try themon before buying, howeer decided to give it a go. I ordered the shows which were delivered within 5 days, the shoes were exactly what I wanted, however they were too big so I sent them back paying the postage as instructed. I then expected to have to pay postage costs for the replacent pair in a smaller size as this was part of their standard returns policy. But to their credit I received the replacement pair within 5-days and they did't charge any extra postage. Service over and above what I expected - I would recommend them to anyone and will be using thm again.
