I ordered a pair of Tom Ford Mathias sunglasses a few weeks ago.

Almost immediately I got an email saying that it was being inspected for delivery.

Then nothing for weeks.

No answer to email or phonecalls. I finally managed to get in touch by their online chat. I was told nothing certain, maybe one more week - to their warehouse in Hong Kong.

I declined and asked for a refund.



One thing for certain is that they intentionally mislead customers about their location. It is in Hong Kong. I have no problem with that, but am skeptical as to why someone would try so hard to hide this fact.



I had paid by paypal so was glad to have buyer protection. I still dont know if they are a legitimate company or not, but I cannot recommend them whatsoever from my experience. Beware.
