Supplier refused to accept goods for return as they stated goods were up to standard. I am surprised IZZO allowed their name on this product with its faults. Unable to pull this bag behind you as extra skid rails prevent wheels touching ground you drag bag along on skids rather than wheels defeating object of buying a wheeled flight bag.
