Until now I have never experienced any problems with bookings made through this website. I would definitely recommend it. Also, if you want a good quality hotel always go for ones which have a score above 7, you won't go wrong if there has been enough reviews made by people, and don't forget that even with the best hotels there are always going to be people that give bad reviews and are never happy so try and ignore those comments if you see them!
