Very upset pets, dog sat in old feases when we collected him early. Lost dog bedding and lead. Both cats caught fleas. Arrogant staff. Over charged for both dog and cats. (We just wanted to leave and get our traumatised pets home). Looks good on outside but horrific experience for our pets. =O(

General Comments
We had one dog & two cats stay at Rose Tree Farm for two weeks on our annual holiday this year. We booked the atlas (larger kennel) four months in advance, on arrival we were told the altas was already booked and to our disapointment we could only have a standard size, staff promised he would be moved to the atlas in the next couple of days. We had booked two seperate kennels for the cats although due to over booking again they were put into one cramped very dark, dingy run, we were also told they would be moved into a bigger run once it came available. We reluctantly left our beloved pets and called Rose Tree Farm from abroad to check how they all were, met by arrogant responce with the impression they could not be bothered to take our call. On return our pets had not been moved as promised.

We took bedding and lead both of which went missing on our return.
