I stopped 6 years ago with this method and it's completely changed my life. I am sooo glad to be free of smoking. I don't miss it, I don't want to go back to it and I didn't put on weight. I LOST weight because I started caring about myself more and went to the gym and stuff (things I didn't do when I was smoking because I couldn't see the point. Love it. Highly recommend it.
