“Very bad customer service... Ordered twice... First...”

Very bad customer service... Ordered twice... First time the delivery guys where not able to install the cupboard on first floor, had to help them doing it ! Second time we waited more than a month for our item. Called 5 times, each time the person on the phoen told us sorry nobody is delivering in your area at the moment. Then we asked for a refund and 5 minutes later they could arrange delivery... Very poor site....
