Good Points
Easy to order product

Bad Points
Difficult to get money back despite several attempts

General Comments
Ordered a Tv 5 weeks ago from ElectroSaver was told each week I would be contacted to arrange delivery, they never rang. Phone put down on me many times and cancelled order still waiting 3 weeks later for credit card to be refunded.
