Good Points
easy to read book... as long as you keep reading and dont panic about being smoke free.

Bad Points
as you are reaching the end of the book you begin to panic about not being able to smoke, the only difficult thing is to overcome the panic stage and keep reading to the end.

General Comments
I stopped smoking with no withdrawl pangs whatsoever! I had a completely different outlook on 'smokers' and couldnt beleive I had wasted so much time coughing and spluttering when it was so easy just to STOP!I read the book in 2 weeks and stopped straight away, I was a heavy smoker for 10 years! now I am a nonsmoker and feel better than ever!
