Fast and punctual with a fleet of very well maintained trains that are clean and have a trolley service on many routes.. Generally good but train units too small and not enough carriages for numbers travelling. Well maintained stations.The Hull service is only hourly and is generally overcrowded in just two coach trains. General overcrowding is the norm and these trains are unsuitable for the vast numbers of travellers.
