An extremely user friendly website that has empowered me to cut through the maze of so called hotel agents seeking to confound, and provided ALL the information needed to make a considered choice with the minimum of fuss (and cost!).

Their iphone app is also a model of utility and simplicity.

No downside evident to date nor lack of information.
