Good Points
Allen talks about his own experience which makes reader feel that he is 'one of us' so that you can relate to him.
Bad Points
Everything he mentiones in the book in regard to smoking (in general that there is no point to smoke really) is something I was and am aware of anyway so I don't get the trick?
General Comments
I had high hopes before I started reading the book and was disapointed when I finished it because I still smoke. My friend read the book as well and she quit (hasn't smoked for 2 weeks now), so we met to discuss the main points of the book, just in case I missed something. But it looks like i didnt miss anything. It just didn't help me in any way. However it is worth reading just in case it does help you. Good luck.
