I am very pleased with the product, an oak table and 6 chairs: excellent quality, and good value for money. However, I have some issues with the service. Delivery was very expensive, at £70, and curb-side only. We have an upstairs dining room, and all previous furniture delivery has cost less and included taking the items up the stairs for us. These are very heavy items, and getting the table up the stairs was a nightmare. Once assembled, we found the table would not extend, and needed to be exchanged. Although Top Furniture responded and arranged an exchange immediately, there was an ongoing series of inconvenient last-minute cancellations, and it took 6-7 weeks to sort out. In the end, they gave us a slightly more expensive table at no extra cost, with which I am very pleased, but I would be unlikely to use them again.
