My order arrived with three cards missing. I sent several emails to Karen to try and get her to send me the missing cards but had no response. There is no phone number given on the website so I had no other way of getting hold of her - ended up having to ask a few guests for their cards back so I could send them on again - very stressful start to my wedding plans!
