My wife and I had reservations booked and paid for thru Yalla Tours from Cairo to Tel Aviv. Our guide went to the airport and tried to get us checked in, but was refused as we did not have paper tickets. Yalla insisted we were given tickets, but we did not have them. We paid again for tickets and were boarded. We filed claim for lost tickets in 11/08 and were removed from the ticket registry last month(June). We still have not received our money back.
A young lady sitting next to us on the flight also got the same problem. She was from the United Nations on business. I would never use Egypt Air again. I am thinking of filing claim in Los Angeles.
