Have used NatWest as my main bank for the last 12 years but have also used Barclays, Halifax, Santander and Alliance and Leicester but can honestly say that I prefer NatWest Online Banking. The card reader supplied as part of the service is a great comfort as even if someone manages to get my online account details, they also have to have my debit card and reader to be able to set up a new transfer. They also have handy features, like the ability to transfer money between multiple NatWest accounts in a couple of clicks. They also provide you with a free security package which is a very pro active approach to security. Opening a new account via online banking is very simple as well, took 10mins to fill in the relevant details and decide on which type of account and it was available for me to use the next day with the card delivered in a week.
