I've been with NastyWest (sorry, NatWest) for far too long (over 20 years) and have both current and business accounts with them. Just occasionally I get to speak to someone who is helpful, but overall they hide behind the telephone and internet system i.e. if you have a real problem or want to try and discuss something different from the standard queries and complaints they don't want to know. Relationship managers are nothing of the sort - and change every few months. Once I've paid off my business loan (really high interest rate charged - naturally) I'll be changing my bank - but to which one? aren't they all as bad as each other?!
