This would not have been the rating for Amdega last year as under the terms of the warranty we should have had a number of problems solved and the warranty fee refunded. How different is the attitude now. We know that the company has been taken over and it really shows. We have received outstanding service from all departments since they took over and their customer service manager deserves a special mention. A first class member of the new transformed team. We bought from Amdega because we thought they were the best producers of conservatories with a long history. Last year we would have said they were the worst. Now, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Keep up this standard Amdega! I know that if I have any other problems in the near future Amdega will be there to help solve them. My cheque for the warranty claim was also in the post in double quick time. It should have arrived in 2009! So well done to the new team!
