Dear Mr deleted by moderator,



How you run your business is beyond me and I am sure many other clients.



I expect everything to be done tomorrow including the bends. deleted by moderator is at HQ today and he can find bends for my job your explanation is not acceptable.



The two outstanding issues two be discussed and agreed are my invoice dated 21st July for project managing my own job and the remaining balance on account.



Talking to you on the phone is a waste of time and nothing will get done. You are so far removed from reality on what is going in the Amdega business which I find quite frightening.



I look forward to your speedy response and once and for all finalising everything.



Dear Mr deleted by moderator,



Calling you 'Useless and a Doughnut' is not verbal obscenities. You just did not like to hear the truth of your incompetence as well as the companies.



My Project management invoice still stands and I have rejected the balance of payment on the project. You were notified of my fees in an email dated 1st July which you failed to respond to which was interpreted as you were happy for the self management of my project to carry on.



If you wish to know why, perhaps just go through your email trail.



Failing to meet my payment terms will result on a Statutory Demand served on the company which as you know is taken very seriously by the courts.



By all means call me if you wish to discuss the matter.

For clarification I did not hang up on you. I am happy to have a productive, professional and sensible conversation with you, not to be verbally abused and sworn at on the phone. I advised you during our call that I was not prepared to continue the conversation if you continued to throw personal accusations and obscenities. When you continued I advised as previously stated I was unhappy to continue this call in this way and closed the call.



I am more than happy to call again to have a professional and sensible conversation with regard to your contract.



In relation to the email below we are arranging with our glass supplier to deliver the glass to site tomorrow but as advised during our conversation the downpipe bends will not be delivered to Amdega by our suppliers until 29th July, as such will not be fitted by our contractor on Wednesday. Once these parts are available these will be delivered to site and an Amdega representative will attend site to fit these.



I also note your previous email regarding your costs and final balance. I can confirm that your requests for re-imbursement of your 'project management fees' are rejected. In addition to this, upon completion of the contract I am happy to discuss the final balance and any reduction request due to actual costs incurred.

I would like to say in return with the 'Greatest of respect' however unfortunately after the ordeal I have been through I have no respect for you or anyone else for that matter at Amdega. Remember respect is not something that is awarded it is earned!



Yes, I am calling you a liar as you did not call my mobile at anytime yesterday.



I actually want to speak to Mr deleted by moderator who I believe is the MD however I have found out that he does not receive emails, I find this very strange but you do not have to be a rocket scientist to work out why? However it seems that he does not also accept phone calls and he certainly does not return any messages I have attempted to leave.



9am on Monday is not convenient to talk to you and you will call me on my terms. I suggest 10am and I want it to be conference call with your MD as well as your FD.

Dear Amdega,



Again here we are now at 10:10pm on the 23rd of July with yet again another promise broken. Mr deleted by moderator attended my premises at around 1.15pm today and took on the chin a bunch of 'verbal volleying' from me with no retaliation what so ever and Mr Wayne Varney was present as well. Mr deleted by moderator spoke to deleted by moderator between 1.30 and 2pm and relayed to me and confirmed that the 6th piece of missing glass was going to be delivered direct from the manufacture to my residence today. This was after I sent an email to Amdega at 9.28am and a follow up email at 11.39am with photographic evidence. For the record I have had no response to any of emails that I submitted during the course of the day which is of no surprise to me and is pretty much following the trend. Oh and before I get side tracked THERE HAS BEEN NO DELIVERY OF THE GLASS AS PROMISED! I Have stated up long enough waiting but I must now draw the curtains on what has been a long day.



I received a text message from your 'super duper' commercial director Mr deleted by moderator whom I have been trying to contact since Wednesday the 21st July which I wish to share with you below in bold:



Dear Mr deleted by moderator. I have just picked up your voicemails. I am currently out of the office, returning tomorrow. I will call you on this number tomorrow morning upon my return to discuss the current position of your contract. Yours sincerely. deleted by moderator.



I received this on the 22nd July at 7.16pm. As you can see from the contents of the email I was suppose to receive a call this morning. Not to my surprise I did not get a call. What springs to mind is 'Integrity' and for those of you who do not know the interpretation of this word it basically means 'The correlation between ones words and actions!. I would just not leave this at the super duper Commercial Directors door but at Amdega's door in general. To date I can honestly say 100% that Amdega have zero integrity!

Dear Amdega,



Just to confirm that I received a delivery this morning of 5 pieces of glass and a jiffy bag containing 2 door hooks and fittings and one eclipse wall pivot set which is a different mechanism to the one fitted.



I thank you for your delivery but yet again I feel I have to do continuous chasing.



WHERE IS THE 6th PIECE OF GLASS?



The is just becoming ridiculous.



Please can someone please tell what the hell is going on.



Dear Amdega,



As per my email earlier today and as I have been my own project manager which I find disgraceful please see the attached photos confirming the wrong hinge joint being delivered and only 1 piece of the attached shape glass and there should have been two pieces of glass delivered in this shape.



As you can see from the order note this was delivered on the 12th July to you and it has taken to the 23rd July for delivery. Would any of you be happy with this service when you have parted with £44,000 and considering you were notified of the glass and various other parts to be delivered on the 19th June.



How much more can one company screw up on what I find very simple procedures to follow?



You all need to look yourselves in the mirror and ask yourselves a very simple question 'Have we treated this customer to the 5 star service that your sales person has portrayed and have we done enough to our best endeavours to rectify the horrific experience that the customer has endured?'



I will not stop until I feel I have got justice. If no one contacts me with what I will call a mutual agreement to resolve this my next port of call will be 'WATCHDOG'.

I placed a call with you last night at 18.10 and this morning at 9.40am with regard to the expected delivery today as well as the painter issue.



The painter will be finishing the actual conservatory today and is still waiting for the job number to do the walls as per written confirmation from deleted by moderator which should be done and completed tomorrow.



Please can you confirm by return the following:



1. The delivery today



2. The job number for the painter to complete my walls tomorrow as agreed by Richard Brennan in writing to me.

The nightmare continues, next stop for me is watchdog! I have loads more including photos. This is the worst company one can deal with!!!! This is just a flavour of what I have in store!!! So long Amdega!
